Going overboard! 

You might not even realize it that you are overbuilding. But it can easily happen, and you might end up with more space than you might ever need. And it will lead to more problems than you think.

Running it will cause a bigger hole in your pockets, cleaning will be a painful task, the extra space might just be wasted by lack of usage and will just sit there gathering dust. But above all, it will exponentially increase your building task.
